Rate Information: Fantasy Fest, Race Week, and other Special Events and Holidays may have higher rates so email us and request a quote. No hidden fees such as departure cleaning fees or booking fees. For each rate just add 12.5% sales tax. For monthly stays there may be a mid-stay clean of approximately $300-$400 depending on size of property. Due to City and/or Homeowner Association rules & regulations, certain minimum stay restrictions may apply and our rate information should not be interpreted as offering nightly or weekly rentals where prohibited. For those properties that say "7-28 nights offered", we have some properties that fit the description available weekly and some available only as a monthly and should not be interpreted as all properties being available weekly.
