Shipyard Unit 156 with views of the living room while standing in front of the kitchen looking toward the double French doors that lead to a great outside patio/deck with privacy fence.  Other views are while standing in the living room looking toward the front door and kitchen (bedrooms and bathroom are to the left).  This unit is one of the popular first floor end units.  End units are popular as you have more windows rather than a shared wall with another condo so it has a more open feeling.  Click picture to enlarge and hit "back" button to return to this page.

 

Shipyard Unit 206-7 Picture #1 is standing in front of the kitchen looking toward the double French doors that lead to a great outside patio/deck with privacy fence and a private backyard hot tub and grill.  Picture #2 is the backyard patio deck.  The awning is over the private hot tub and the grill is just to the right.  This unit is also one of the popular first floor end units.  Click picture to enlarge and hit "back" button to return to this page.
