Until recently, we had been offering our Truman Annex Porter Court townhouses for rent and they had been our most sought after properties. As a private gated compound with only 19 townhouse surrounding a gorgeous pool, Truman Annex Porter Court was incredibly popular. When Porter Court decided to severely restrict the right to rent, we sold our properties and have been looking for a similar style replacement property. While it took awhile, we believe we have found the perfect substitute in Windward Park. Located in the heart of Old Town, Windward Park is a gated and secure compound of only 13 privately owned homes clustered around a gorgeous pool and just one block from Duval Street. While we have been unable to buy one as of yet, we have been assisting several of the current owners on a referral basis (our former Porter Court guests love them!). The Windward Park townhouses listed below are all two bedroom two baths and are managed by the same management company that handled our Duval Square townhouse. Thus, even though we do not own the townhouse and cannot promise it is up to our standards, we feel comfortable offering it to you on a referral basis. Take a look at the pictures below and let us know via email if you would like a referral booking. We have a great relationship with the owners and management company and can often get a discount that would normally not be offered. To obtain a referral booking, please email your check-in/out dates and number of guests. We will then find out availability and obtain a quote to email back to you. If you would like to book, we can hold the dates on your behalf and have a lease mailed out to you. Property #1:
Island Wind (two bedrooms two baths)
Features: King bed, Twin Beds, & Queen Sleeper. Sleeps 4.
The two-story vaulted
living room has a queen sofa bed, cable TV, VCR, stereo and 5 disk CD player.
The adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar, (and dining area) is fully equipped.
The main floor bedroom has twin beds, private bath with shower, and double
French doors leading to a large furnished private deck with 5 person hot
tub/spa. Enjoy cocktails and relax in the shade of the papaya and gumbo-limbo
trees. The second floor master suite has a king size bed and private bath with
tub and shower.
Rates tend to vary from
$1300-$1800/week depending on season.

Property #2:
Serendipity Wind (two bedrooms two baths-non smoking)
Features: King bed, Twin Beds, & Queen Sleeper. Sleeps 4.
This property has polished hard wood
floors throughout the downstairs with hard wood accents on the bar separating
the kitchen and living room. Equipped with a TV, Stereo and CD player.
The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the second
floor and there is a secluded sundeck off the first floor bedroom. The second
bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king.
This is a NON-SMOKING property!

Leeward Isle (two bedrooms two baths)
Features: King bed & Twin Beds. Sleeps 4.
Polished hard wood floors are throughout
the downstairs with hard wood accents on the bar separating the kitchen and
living room. Equipped with a TV, Stereo and CD player. The living room with
it's queen size sleeper sofa makes a great spot for the extra guest. The fully
equipped kitchen has a dining table for four guests. The master bedroom
has king beds. The bedroom also has double French doors that lead to the
front balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that
can be converted into a king.
