We have been offering Duval Square townhouses for several years and their popularity has been incredible. Prior to the recent sale of our Duval Square townhouse we were often sold out and ended up turning away guests. Thus we decided to find a couple other Duval Square Townhouses similar to the two bedroom 2 1/2 bath we used to own and offer them on a referral basis. The Duval Square townhouses listed below are all two bedroom 2 1/2 baths and are managed by the same management company that handled our townhouse. Thus, even though we do not own the townhouse and cannot promise it is up to our standards, we feel comfortable offering it to you on a referral basis. Take a look at the pictures below and let us know via email if you would like a referral booking. We have a great relationship with the owners and management company and can often get a discount that would normally not be offered. To obtain a referral booking, please email your check-in/out dates and number of guests. We will then find out availability and obtain a quote to email back to you. If you would like to book, we can hold the dates on your behalf and have a lease mailed out to you. PROPERTY #1: Spa on Duval (two bedrooms 2 1/2 baths)
Features: King Bed, Two Twin Beds & Queen Sleeper. Sleeps Six.

The Spa on Duval is Unit R-11 (we were Unit R-20) and is a two story, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome. Beside the shared pool for use by all Duval Square guests, this townhouse has a private Jacuzzi on the lower deck. Rates tend to vary from $1400-$1900/week depending on season. PROPERTY #2: Duval Sea Turtle (two bedrooms 2 1/2 baths)
Features: King Bed, Queen Bed & Queen Sleeper & Single Day Bed. Sleeps Six.

The Duval Sea Turtle is Unit R-29 (we were Unit R-20) and has a Bose great entertainment center (36" flat screen TV, DVD etc.) plus TV's and VCR in each bedroom. Private balcony off both one bedroom and off the living room. Townhouse is very spacious and has been decorated from local galleries and local artists. High speed DSL internet access. The Up Town Duval is Unit R-1 (we were Unit R-20) and is right next to the pool. It has recently been updated and is a popular end unit. High speed internet service.
