across from the beach bridge (takes you over the scenic Palmetto lagoon to the
beach near the Hilton Resort). Palmetto Dunes is located in the heart of
Hilton Head Island with 11 miles of scenic lagoons that weave through the
plantation and allow you to enjoy canoeing and kayaking along with a pool, the
ocean, a harbor marina with shops, along with three championship golf courses
and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Club.

queen beds) each

feet of living space plus over 900 square feet of deck space (where it
counts most). A wonderful unique location with 16 foot ceilings in all
living areas. This villa is all on one level without any entry stairs or
elevator (but does have a private oceanfront rooftop deck that you access from
the outside for watching those beautiful ocean sunsets).
The extra amenities in this villa are almost too much to mention but include

remodeled kitchen, 4 TV's, 60 disk CD player complete with a

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT CRAIG & CINDY'S HILTON HEAD RENTALS?
Don't get trapped renting a
property from someone who claims to be able to manage the property
while living outside Hilton Head. Problems can occur! We use and
pay, at our expense, a local on-site management company to ensure that
your vacation is truly a great experience. The management company is
available to you, from 24 hour check-in to check-out, to handle any problems
or needs. This includes discounted
tennis and special golf rates for all the courses in Palmetto Dunes, including
the Robert Trent Jones and other courses!
