Wow!! Located on Duval Street, you
are in the middle of all the action but yet secluded enough to enjoy your
privacy.
After
some initial redecorating, Craig & Cindy began offering this special two
bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse on November 6, 2001. In July 2003, Craig &
Cindy completely renovated their townhouse with over $30,000 of upgrades, including a
gorgeous new kitchen with corian counters, all new appliances, new tile floor
downstairs and new carpet upstairs, new furniture, upgraded bathrooms with new
vanities, and lots more!! While no longer the owners, Craig & Cindy
continue to receive so many emails requesting these townhouses that they now
happily assist other new owners with guest rentals.
These unique townhouse usually have a king bed, two twin beds
or queen/full bed, a queen sleeper sofa, 2 & 1/2 baths, TV's,
stereo, CD player, complete kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry with
washer & dryer, outside decks and porches, and has a shared sunny pool
creatively designed on the roof of this special complex
(picture of pool shown above right).
Located in this same Duval Square complex is the famous Square One Restaurant
as well as other boutique stores and shops. A secured off-street covered
parking spot is provided. These approximately 1200 square foot townhouses
are tucked away
in a quiet end of the complex but yet convenient to the pool, parking, shops,
beach and nightlife on Duval!
