Our Truman Annex Shipyard Cottage is perfect for up to six guests looking for a gorgeous property right by the Shipyard pool in the prestigious Truman Annex area of Old Town.  Since our Shipyard Cottage has a loft you can sleep up to six without using a sleeper sofa in the family room.  See pictures of our Shipyard Cottage below:

The thumbnail to the left is the entrance to our Shipyard Cottage.  The common area Shipyard park and garden is just to the left and the pool is right behind the person taking the picture.  The thumbnail picture to the right is of the entrance to the Shipyard pool and was taken while standing on the front porch of the Shipyard Cottage to show you how close the pool is...close enough for comfort but far enough away to avoid the noise!  These pictures are thumbnails so Click picture to enlarge and hit "back" button to return to this page.

The main floor family room and dining area for the Shipyard Cottage including a large flat panel TV, DVD & stereo system complete with music ranging from Bach to Kid Rock!  The large outside deck is just outside the double doors and is large enough to include both a table & chairs under the awning with ceiling fan and another table & chairs not under the awning so you can soak up the sun.  There is also a grill for outdoor cooking.
