Pictures of the entrance, kitchen & dining room.  Opposite from the kitchen are two doors.  One is for the elevator (kept locked unless requested in advance) and the other is the laundry room with washer/dryer.  There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs and a family room that leads to a backyard and deck (see below).  The stairs lead to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (ignore the beer on the steps...the photographer was thirsty!).  Sharp eyes will notice two different styles of kitchen cabinets and two different color floors.  We just recently remodeled the kitchen and added new cabinets so the larger picture of the kitchen cabinets with the white bead-board style look is our new look.  We also put in a new floor (the darker color is the new floor). 
 

Picture of the family room (you can see the dining room through the glass).  The family room has a queen sleeper sofa along with a large TV, 300 disk CD player full of music from Bach to Kid Rock, DVD player & I-Pod docking station.  There are also French doors leading to a beautiful deck with outdoor seating, grill & hot tub (see below).

Pictures of the two bedrooms.  Each bedroom has a TV and one is a queen and the other has two twins that can be converted to a king bed at your request.  There are also two full bathrooms upstairs.  The bathroom in the picture below is off the bedroom with the queen bed.  The last pictures showing the white quilt is the two twin beds after being connected and turned into a king bed using a king mattress pad and king sheets.

Picture of the Southard Court Pool which is available to guests staying at C&C's Fleming St. House and is just a short walk away - close enough to be convenient but far enough away to escape the noise and enjoy the privacy of C&C's private get-a-way!  The pool has plenty of sunshine and shade to keep all pool worshippers happy (this picture was taken early in morning as the sun was coming up).
